The Branch collective agreement for the workers in the brewing industry applies to all enterprises in the economic activities of „Manufacture of beer“ and „Manufacture of malt“. It governs labour and social security matters, income, employment, working conditions, social partnership, and the conditions for trade union actions in the companies in the branch, which are not regulated by imperative provisions of the law. Regulated is the interaction between trade unions and employers in the brewing industry, for improving labour productivity in the sector. Regulated are the conditions for additional paid annual leave of at least 7 days for work in hazardous health conditions. With the branch collective agreement employers and trade unions, parties to it, agree that the minimum insurable income in the brewing sector shall become minimum wages. Regulated is also additional remuneration for night work, work on holidays and other.
